Fletching CEP School is a traditional village school that forms an integral part of the local community. It offers a caring, family atmosphere and a reputation that has always been good. During the OFSTED inspection in 2007, inspectors reported that, "This is a good school which provides a high quality of education and care for its pupils."  The number on roll has been steady over the past few years and class sizes remain small, enabling us to maintain high standards in learning and behaviour. Our pupils achieve excellent results in the national tests, although the results are rarely published due to there being less than 12 in the year group.

We aim to provide a secure and happy environment where each child enjoys coming to school and is keen to learn and participate fully in school life.  We recognise that we are laying foundations for the future and are committed to offering the very best education for every pupil where each is able to fulfil his/her potential.  We aim to meet the academic, social, creative and spiritual needs of all our pupils and equip them with the basic skills to enable them to become responsive and responsible members of our school and ultimately the wider world.
